Parent Overview

As Jelani Tate's mom, I am quite impressed with his interest in making his blog appear interesting. He gets very excited when he shows me any of his creative exploits on his blog, especially his picture that he made with President Obama. He takes great pride in picking a background and choosing graphics that will make his blog visually appealling. He even takes issue with my personal blog, giving me suggestions as to how I can make it look better. I can't wait to see what media technological opportunities that Jelani will get in the future. As you know these children drink up technology and although blogging is fun, it in no way challenges them to compete in this technology driven world.
